Terms and Conditions
The hall may be decorated for social events but nothing must be put up on the wallpaper, only blue-tac may be used for putting up of posters, banners etc.
To comply with legislation smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area.
The club rule regarding children is that all children under 14 must vacate the club premises by 9pm. If this is not suitable, permission from the committee for children stay all evening must be obtained prior to the event.
A list of all guests attending must be submitted to the manager 24hrs before the event.
Because the club is situated in a residential area the closing stages of social functions have to be firmly controlled. Late night disturbances from music and noisy farewells can be very upsetting to our neighbours and, therefore hirers are requested to make prior arrangements to ensure that such disturbances do not occur.
The clubs very existence depends upon the strict observance of this requirement and to help in this respect the following procedures must be adhered to
1, Bar Last orders 11.50pm Close 12.00
2, Music All Music must cease no later than 12.15am
3, Drinking Up All drinks must be finished by 12.20am
4, Guests All guests must vacate the club no later than 12.30am
5, Car Park/Patio Prompt and quiet departure
The hirer is ultimately responsible for implementing procedures 2,4,5.
The hall must be put back to its original state, excluding general cleaning at the end of the night. Only then will deposits be returned.
